Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Proposal project labor on sales orders

Labor items on a quote will now carry over to the sales order once the quote is won and accepted.

Declined quotes functionality

When a client declines a quote, an electronic signature is now captured, along with their local date and time, which is recorded in the quote's audit trail. Declined quotes are also included in the quote's version history.

Terms of Service language translations

When clients open the terms of service in a quote, the language will now match the language settings configured in your tenant.

The following languages are translated:

  • French

  • Dutch

  • German

  • Danish

TD Synnex Australia supplier feed update

Kaseya Quote Manager has been updated to accommodate recent changes to the data feed from the Synnex portal.

Fixes

  • This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

  • An issue causing dropdown content to not fully display has been resolved.

  • The issue where purchase order numbers containing special characters caused sync failures with Xero has been identified and resolved.

  • The wording of sales order notifications in the admin settings has been updated.
