Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Cooper Insights

Two new Cooper Insights have been added to help streamline actions between Kaseya Quote Manager quotes and Autotask. Refer to Cooper Intelligence Engine for more information regarding Cooper Insights.

• Map Quote Statuses to Autotask Opportunity Stages. Refer to Quote to Autotask opportunity mapping for more information.

• Get a view of open Kaseya Quote Manager quotes in Autotask widgets. Refer to Quote approval status tracking for more information.

Quote and quote template language selection

This feature allows users to choose a preferred language for quotes and quote templates in Kaseya Quote Manager, applying it to both the web view and PDF to enhance clarity and professionalism for the intended recipient.

Fixes

This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

• An issue causing Meta description tags to display incorrectly on the online store has been fixed.

• An issue that prevented some users from deleting quotes has been resolved.

• An issue where bundled product costs didn't update after changing item quantities has been resolved.

• An issue where product-level quantities updated incorrectly after modifying a product in a quote has been resolved.

• An issue that caused an error when copying a quote has been resolved.
