Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Description field on quote templates

A new description field has been added to quote templates, giving users the ability to add detailed context or instructions to templates for improved clarity and customization.

Redesigned Connectwise PO integration UI

The Connectwise Purchase Order (PO) integration user interface has been redesigned for a more intuitive and efficient experience, making it easier to manage POs within the quoting workflow.

Fixes

This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

  • Fixed issues where product descriptions were not displayed or appended correctly in various scenarios.

  • Fixed formatting issues with product descriptions in sales order PDFs.

  • Fixed the issue where copied quotes did not retain the AI badge.

  • Fixed the issue where the quote page would keep loading after an invalid address update.

  • Fixed issues with notifications not triggering when sales orders are created.

  • Fixed random product removal from multi-choice sections in quotes.

  • Fixed the issue where the win opportunity banner appeared after the opportunity was won in Autotask.
