Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Autotask organization & opportunity synchronization

• On‑demand organization sync

  You can now trigger an on‑demand sync for organizations between Autotask and Kaseya Quote Manager.

  NOTE  Both the Autotask app and the Organizations synchronization must be enabled before an on-demand sync can be initiated.

  

  This allows you to refresh organization data immediately without waiting for a scheduled sync.

• Nightly organization sync job

  A new nightly sync job has been introduced to keep your organization data in Kaseya Quote Manager aligned with Autotask.

  This reduces manual maintenance and helps ensure the latest organizations are always available when building quotes.

• Improved opportunity dropdown performance & filtering

  The opportunities dropdown has been enhanced, making it faster and easier to find the correct opportunity even when there are many.

Fixes

This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

• Fixed an issue where the opportunity name disappeared after a quote moved into Sent, Pending Approval, or Viewed status.

• Resolved a problem where the opportunity dropdown did not display all opportunities linked to the organization selected on the quote.

• Addressed a defect where the Opportunities dropdown input field was not editable, preventing users from typing to search for a specific opportunity.

• Fixed a bug where the phone number from the organization was not carried over when a Purchase Order was created manually.
