Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Duplicate quote product blocks

You can now quickly duplicate product blocks inside a quote to save time when building similar sections.

• A new Duplicate option is available on product blocks in the quote editor.

  

• When you duplicate a block, KQM creates a new block directly below the original with:

  • All line items and quantities.

  • All pricing and monetary values (which are included in the quote total).

  • All settings and configurations associated with the block and its lines.

• The page automatically scrolls to make the newly duplicated block visible so you can continue editing without losing context.

This significantly reduces manual work when building large or repetitive quotes.

Duplicate other quote blocks (text, splash, and labor)

The duplication experience has been extended beyond product blocks to other block types, giving you a consistent way to reuse content across your quotes.

You can now duplicate:

• Text blocks – including all text content and formatting (for example background color, height, and other text settings).

  

• Splash blocks – including images and all splash settings (such as background color and opacity).

  

• Labor blocks – including labor lines and associated configurations.

  

NOTE  The duplication feature is available within quotes but is not supported in quote templates.

Fixes

This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

• The Autotask Organizations Sync Now button is only displayed after a sync is fully completed. If you refresh the page while a sync is still in progress, you’ll see a loading indicator instead of the sync button.

• Localhost domains are now excluded from the list of selectable domains in KQM settings. Only valid, non-localhost domains will appear in the domain list.
