Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Quote Won email notification

Kaseya Quote Manager has added a dedicated Quote Won event to the notifications system. Refer to Enabling email notifications for more information.

What’s new

• You can now select Quote Won as an event when configuring notifications.

• Configure notifications to:

  • Email the quote owner, or

  • Email a specific address when a quote is marked as won.

• Clear confirmation text is shown when you add a Quote Won notification rule.

• Deleting the notification rule stops future Quote Won emails and removes the rule from the UI.

Benefit

• Sales and account teams are immediately alerted when a quote is won, improving follow‑up, provisioning, and internal workflows.

Fixes

This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

• Quote owner names are now safely sanitized/escaped before sending emails. Quotes can be emailed successfully even when the owner’s name includes quotation marks or other special characters.

• The quote title is now rendered correctly in Quote View without unnecessary escape characters. The displayed quote title exactly matches the saved title.

• Improved how Sync From Date works for ConnectWise Organization Sync to prevent unintended data gaps.
