Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Custom product modal layout

Updated the "Add custom product" modal to display the price field before the cost field, providing a more intuitive data entry experience for product managers.

Supplier feed character support

Improved the processing of supplier feeds, such as TD SYNNEX Sweden, to correctly handle and display multi-byte characters in product names and descriptions.

Xero account selection clarity

Updated the Xero Sales settings to include a blank option in account drop downs. This ensures that if a previously saved account is deleted or renamed in Xero, the system no longer silently defaults to the first available option, preventing incorrect invoice coding.

Brand deletion protection

Added a safeguard to prevent the deletion of custom brands that are currently configured as the default brand for Autotask synchronization.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where carriage returns and empty lines in quote email templates were not being retained in the sent messages.

• Resolved an issue where users encountered an "AppConfigurationException" on Autotask integration pages due to stale configuration caching.

• Fixed a validation issue on the fulfillment page where error indicators were incorrectly displayed across all locations for a product instead of only the affected one.
