Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following new features and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Autotask inventory products retained when stock drops to zero

Products synced from Autotask are no longer deactivated when their inventory count reaches zero. The product remains available so it can be included in quotes while awaiting a restock. An insufficient-stock warning continues to display on quotes that include these products, keeping visibility into stock status.

Automatic image compression on upload

Images uploaded to quotes, quote templates, and theme slides are now automatically compressed when they exceed the size threshold. This reduces storage usage and improves quote page load times for end customers without requiring any changes to the upload workflow.

Significantly faster rendering for large quotes

The admin quote page now renders in seconds rather than minutes for quotes with a large number of line items. The rendering performance improvement is automatic and requires no configuration changes.

Fixes

• Inventory products in Kaseya Quote Manager are now correctly reactivated when stock is restored in Autotask. Previously, products could remain inactive after restocking due to the product not being returned by the incremental sync.

• The labor block no longer displays a spurious "Available tasks changed" banner, and project labor can now be added without encountering an error in the project labor modal.
