We secure your data as if it were our own
When you use Kaseya Quote Manager, your data is stored on our infrastructure in the cloud. And because we know that data is one of your company's most important assets, we’ve built security into Kaseya Quote Manager from the ground up. Backed by a team of experts and trusted security vendors, we proactively keep your data protected.
Multi-layered protection
Multi-Factor authentication
Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) adds a layer of protection to the sign-in process.
When accessing Kaseya Quote Manager, you provide an additional identity verification using a one-time code from an authenticator app on your phone or tablet. The second layer of protection is designed to prevent anyone but you from accessing your account.
TLS automation
We encrypt all data that goes between you and Kaseya Quote Manager using industry-standard TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security).
As part of our commitment to security, we also provide automatically managed TLS certificates for any domain you add to Kaseya Quote Manager. Certificates are automatically provisioned and renewed before expiration, which removes the risk of service interruption because of a certificate expiring.
User authorization
You control who accesses your company’s data and what they can see and do in Kaseya Quote Manager. Only people you invite can access your data. As a proponent of the least privilege access principle, we offer multiple permission levels that let you limit the access privileges of each user.
Network protection
Next-generation firewalls and intrusion protection systems safeguard Kaseya Quote Manager. We partner with trusted security vendors to leverage their technology, expertise, and global threat intelligence to protect our systems.
Data encryption
Your data is AES-256 encrypted at rest when it is stored on our servers and encrypted when we transfer it between data centers for backup and replication.
PCI compliant
All credit card transactions are transmitted over a TLS-encrypted connection from our PCI-DSS Compliant servers and processed via secure payment gateways. Credit card data is never stored on our servers.
Security monitoring
Kaseya’s engineering and security teams continuously monitor infrastructure, event logs, notifications, and alerts from all systems to identify and manage threats.
We perform regular vulnerability scans, using third-party software, and independent third-party penetration tests of our cloud platform.
Administrative logging
Access to Kaseya Quote Manager infrastructure is protected by multiple layers of security including, but not limited to, Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Additionally, we store centralized logs of all administrative employee access to and commands run on our infrastructure.
Secure Data Center
Kaseya Quote Manager is hosted on Microsoft Azure Data Centers in the East US 2 region.

Automated patches and updates

Disaster readiness
Kaseya's engineering performs real-time geo-replicated backups across encrypted links to ensure your data is available and secure. All backups are automatically encrypted at rest and stored for up to 30 days. In the event of a catastrophic Azure facility failure, we can switch over to a backup to keep your business running. We run regular simulated disaster recovery drills so you can have the confidence your data is readily available.
