Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Universal supplier feed import

This feature allows users to easily import a custom supplier product feed into Kaseya Quote Manager when adding a new supplier. You can start with a one-time manual upload to map your feed to the required fields in KQM, and then set up ongoing automated updates through FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, or email for seamless data integration. Refer to Universal supplier feed import for more information.

Quote visibility within the online store

Currently, the My Quotes section on the online store shows all quotes except those marked as Declined, Draft, or Won. To improve clarity and ensure organizations only see finalized quotes, we’ve updated the system to also hide quotes that are in Pending Approval or Approved status, as these are still in review and not yet ready to be shared.

Quote editor

New table options have been added to the quote editor that allows users to customize the color of the table borders.

Fixes

This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolved an issue where Kaseya Quote Manager would always open to the home page from KaseyaOne, regardless of the selected landing page. It will now direct you to the correct page as expected.

  • Resolved an issue where the default tax was not being applied when creating a quote from a selected template. The correct tax will now be automatically included as expected.

  • Resolved an issue where quote owners were not receiving email notifications when a quote was viewed, despite having the proper notification rule set up. Emails will now be sent as expected.
