Kaseya Quote Manager release notes
The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following new features and/or fixes:
New features
Tax calculation for labor lines
Quotes and sales orders now calculate tax on labor lines alongside product lines. For North American accounts, labor tax is determined automatically using TaxJar; for VAT regions, the tax rate can be set directly on the labor grid. Tax values carry forward when a quote is converted to a sales order, and the full labor tax amount is included in quote and sales order totals.
Copaco supplier feed: support for custom CSV header format
The Copaco supplier feed import now handles the non-standard CSV header row format that Copaco uses in their product files. This removes the need for manual pre-processing of Copaco files before importing. Refer to Universal supplier feed import for more information.
Wavelink supplier feed format update
The Wavelink supplier feed has been updated to match Wavelink's current file format. Product catalogs from Wavelink now import correctly without errors. Refer to Wavelink for more information.
Fixes

Supplier product feeds that contained duplicate MPNs previously caused an import failure with a primary key constraint error, stopping the entire feed. The import now skips duplicate products gracefully and continues processing the remaining items.
