Kaseya Quote Manager release notes
The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:
New feature
Region localization settings
This release introduces Region Localization, a comprehensive set of formatting controls that let administrators tailor how dates, times, numbers, and currency values are displayed across Kaseya Quote Manager. These settings ensure that every quote, sales order, purchase order, report, and Online Store page presents information in a format that matches your regional and business conventions. Refer to Adding company details for more information.
NOTE Previously generated PDFs and documents are not automatically regenerated. Any applied localization settings will take effect the next time a document is generated.
Fixes
This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience.
- On the Coupons page, creating a new coupon, opening an existing coupon from the Active tab, or opening a coupon from the Expired tab no longer produce an error. All three actions can now be completed successfully.
- Cooper Copilot's product description summarization feature now generates summaries in the same language as the original product description, rather than defaulting to English when the source content is in another language.
- An unhandled exception in the background authentication service no longer permanently stops the token cache refresh cycle. The service now logs the error and continues running, preventing cascading 401 authentication errors for API requests.
-
In the Online Store, orders are now successfully placed when using the manual payment or credit card payment methods.
-
The Settings > Sales page no longer becomes inaccessible after disabling the Require Code and Email to View Quotes setting.
