Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes
The Kaseya Quote Manager (KQM) team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:
Enhancements
Email address captured for signed and viewed quotes
The system now tracks the email address of all signers and viewers for better auditing. Refer to Audit Trail for more information.
Secure quote code regeneration and lockout
Users can now regenerate secure quote access codes as needed. After five incorrect attempts, the code will lock out for security. Refer to Securing quotes for more information.
Direct Lenovo feed and ordering discontinued
Lenovo has ended their direct supplier feed for preferred pricing and dedicated stock in Kaseya Quote Manager. You can still order Lenovo products through distributors like Ingram Micro and TD SYNNEX, or if you maintain a direct feed with Lenovo, import it via the Universal supplier feed import feature.
